It seems like not a day goes by that another security breach is reported in the news and millions upon millions of individuals personal information (DOB, SSN, CC #, etc.) are compromised. Identity thief is big business. If you are ever the victim of this crime, it takes a tremendous amount of time to clean up your credit history and all the damage comes with it.

The article also contains the names of a couple of websites that track these incidences and allows you the search their data base to see if your personal information has been compromised.
